CreateChatRoom
CreateChatRoom[shortname,title]
creates a chat room with the short name shortname and title title.
Details and Options
- To use CreateChatRoom, you first need to load the package using Needs["ChatTools`"].
- Short names are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- CreateChatRoom has the following options:

"RoomType" "OpenGroup" room type specification "Moderators" None list of users with elevated privileges - "RoomType" can be either "OpenGroup" or "PromptedResponse".
- The idi in "Moderators"->{id1,id2,…} are Wolfram Cloud user IDs.
- The room's creator is automatically a moderator.
- In rooms created with "Type"->"PromptedResponse", only the room creator and other specified moderators will see all messages. Other users will only see messages from themselves and moderators.
- Messages sent by moderators are visible to all participants.
- Chat rooms persist until removed with DeleteChatRoom.
