AutoItalicWords

AutoItalicWords

is an option for Cell that gives a list of words that should automatically be put in italics when they are entered.

Details

  • AutoItalicWords affects only ordinary text strings, not elements of more general expressions.

Create a cell with an AutoItalicWords setting:

As soon as you type a space or a punctuation mark after "cherry", it is italicized:
