TickLabelOrientation

TickLabelOrientation

is an option for AxisObject that specifies how the tick labels should be oriented relative to the axis.

Details

  • TickLabelOrientationspec uses the specification spec for all the collections of labels on the axis.
  • TickLabelOrientation{spec1,…,specn} uses the specification speci for the i^(th) collection of ticks.
  • Possible settings for speci are:
  • "Horizontal"do not rotate labels
    "Vertical"rotate labels 90° counterclockwise
    "Parallel"rotate labels to be parallel to the axis
    "Perpendicular"rotate labels to be perpendicular to the axis
    θrotate labels counterclockwise from horizontal by angle
