As of Version 10, most of the functionality of the Combinatorica package is built into the Wolfram System. »
NumberOfGraphs[n]
returns the number of nonisomorphic undirected graphs with 
vertices.
NumberOfGraphs[n,m]
returns the number of nonisomorphic undirected graphs with 
vertices and 
edges.

- To use NumberOfGraphs, you first need to load the Combinatorica Package using Needs["Combinatorica`"].
