JDBCDrivers
returns details of the named JDBC configurations available through DatabaseResourcesPath.
JDBCDrivers[name]
returns details of the JDBC driver name.

- To use JDBCDrivers, you first need to load DatabaseLink using Needs["DatabaseLink`"].
