BoxExtraSpacing

BoxExtraSpacing

is an option for BoxWhiskerPlot that specifies spacing adjustments to be applied when plotting multiple boxes.

Details and Options

  • To use BoxExtraSpacing, you first need to load the Statistical Plots Package using Needs["StatisticalPlots`"].
  • Valid settings are non-negative numbers or a list of non-negative numbers. The default setting is 0.
  • A setting of 1 is equivalent to the space used for a single box.
  • BoxExtraSpacing->{s1,s2,} specifies that successive spacings si should be used cyclically for successive plots.
