Find Your Activation Key

For Mathematica, Wolfram Desktop and Wolfram Finance Platform, there are three ways to find your activation key: in the Wolfram User Portal, via the in-product menu or directly in a Wolfram Notebook.

In the User Portal...

Sign in to the Wolfram User Portal

Go to the Wolfram User Portal and sign in using your Wolfram ID and password. If you have trouble accessing your account, contact Wolfram Customer Support:

  • If you have forgotten your Wolfram ID, please contact Wolfram Customer Support Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm US Central Time.

Find your activation key

Select the My Products and Services tab. This page lists all your Wolfram products. Click the product for which you want the activation key and scroll down to Activation Keys:

Via the In-Product Menu...

Start your Wolfram product

Start your Wolfram product. If you are unable to start your product, use the User Portal method described previously.

Find the activation key in the About window

Choose . Your activation key is displayed in the About window:

By Evaluating Directly in a Wolfram Notebook...

Evaluate $ActivationKey

Open a new notebook and evaluate $ActivationKey:
