multiplies each coordinate of each vertex position in list v by d, thus dilating the embedding.

- DilateVertices functionality is now available in the built-in Wolfram Language function VertexCoordinates.
- To use DilateVertices, you first need to load the Combinatorica Package using Needs["Combinatorica`"].
