NormalizeVertices[v]
gives a list of vertices with a similar embedding as v, but with the coordinates of all points scaled to be between 0 and 1.

Details and Options
- NormalizeVertices functionality is now available in the built-in Wolfram Language function VertexCoordinates.
- To use NormalizeVertices, you first need to load the Combinatorica Package using Needs["Combinatorica`"].
