yields True if the adjacency matrix of g represents an anti-symmetric binary relation.

- AntiSymmetricQ functionality is now available in the built-in Wolfram Language function AntisymmetricMatrixQ.
- To use AntiSymmetricQ, you first need to load the Combinatorica Package using Needs["Combinatorica`"].
