As of Version 10, most of the functionality of the Combinatorica package is built into the Wolfram System. »
SymmetricQ[r]
tests if a given square matrix r represents a symmetric relation.
SymmetricQ[g]
tests if the edges of a given graph represent a symmetric relation.
Details and Options
- SymmetricQ functionality is now available in the built-in Wolfram Language function SymmetricMatrixQ.
- To use SymmetricQ, you first need to load the Combinatorica Package using Needs["Combinatorica`"].
