GaugeFrameElementFunction

- GaugeFrameElementFunction->f 指定每个图表元素应该用由 f[region,values] 给出的图元绘制.
- GaugeFrameElementFunction->"name" 使用一个已命名函数来生成图表元素.
- 特定图表函数的内置已命名函数组成的列表可以从 ChartElementData["AngularGauge","Frame"] 等得到.
