StandardDeviationFilter

StandardDeviationFilter[data,r]

filters data by replacing every value by the standard deviations of the values in its range-r neighborhood.

StandardDeviationFilter[data,{r1,r2,}]

uses ri for filtering the ^(th)dimension in data.
