UnilateralDiscreteConvolve[f,g,k,n]

gives the unilateral discrete convolution with respect to k of the expressions f and g.

UnilateralDiscreteConvolve[f,g,{k1,…,kp},{n1,…,np}]

gives the multidimensional unilateral discrete convolution.
